Mrs. Carothers

     Hi! I’m Mrs. Carothers and I’m one of the Gifted Education Specialists at Addison Elementary. I have taught second, third, and fourth grade Target cluster classes for many years in Georgia.

     I have three children, a boy and two girls. My youngest daughter is a freshman in college this year. I also have a little dog named Ike who is the “king” of our household. My very favorite thing to do is READ! When I'm home, I almost always have my nose in a book! When I am not reading I love to go for long walks with Mr. Carothers. I also adore going out for chocolate marshmallow ice cream…which is probably why I love to walk so much!

     I know we will have a wonderful time learning and thinking in new and different ways this year!
