Garden

We have be working in our garden plot with Mrs. Peery. Our class plot is located by the back playground. We have planted lettuce, carrots, radishes, pansies, and cilantro. We hope to have salad fresh from the garden in November.

Homework

Each week a homework calendar will be sent home on Monday.  It is to be signed and returned on Friday.  The calendar will include reading,  language arts,  and math activities. Parents please review your child's work with them each night to ensure they understand the concept and have completed the assignments to the best of their ability.

Students are encouraged to read for a minimum of twenty minutes each night.  This can be independent or family reading time.  Please write down the number of minutes spent reading each night on the homework calendar.
