Homework:
Math homework is assigned to reinforce and practice what has been taught in class. Students will be writing in their agenda their homework for the night. Please sign your child's homework so that I know that you have seen the work.
Spelling homework will begin the week of August 29th. All spelling homework for the week will be completed in a spelling notebook. Please read the letter in your child's spelling notebook so that you are aware of the assignment each week.
Reading Logs will begin on September 1st. Your child will have a calendar in the front of their Gator Notebook to record their nightly reading.
Please plan to attend Open House for 3rd grade on September 8th at 6:00. I will be going over many things that will help your child be successful this school year. I hope to see many of you at Open House.
