The Early Intervention Program (EIP) is a State funded program for Kindergarten through fifth grade students. EIP is one of Georgia's educational initiatives to improve student learning. The primary goal of this program is to offer early, immediate and direct assistance to help qualified students achieve academic success at their grade level. This is accomplished by placing students in various EIP models that support small group instruction.
